Danielle P. is a licensed CPA with more than 20 years of accounting and finance experience. Her background spans venture-backed startups, private equity-backed businesses, and everyday entrepreneurs across the Pacific Northwest and nationwide.

She founded Aequitas because she saw the same gap repeatedly: businesses at every stage needed a real financial partner, not just a once-a-year tax preparer or a software subscription. Aequitas is her answer to that.

Her approach is direct, honest, and genuinely invested in the long-term success of every client she works with, whether they are a Series A founder or a first-year freelancer.

Brittany is a Partner at Aequitas Advisory, bringing more than twenty years of experience spanning business operations, payroll, accounting, human resources, and systems implementation. She specializes in building scalable back-office infrastructure that enables growth, strengthens controls, and drives operational excellence across finance and people functions.

Brittany is known for leading process improvement and technology modernization, including system selections, implementations, integrations, and workflow automation. She partners with leadership teams to improve reporting, streamline payroll and HR administration, enhance compliance, and create repeatable, audit-ready processes. With a solutions-oriented, client-first mindset, Brittany delivers high-impact execution while acting as a trusted advisor, bridging strategy and day-to-day operations to keep organizations efficient, compliant, and ready to scale.
